About the job
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients requiring rehabilitation.
- Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Assist in developing and implementing rehabilitation programs.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
Skills Required:
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Qualification - MPT
Experience - Minimum 5 year experience mandatory
